When our household insurance policy was up for renewal, the Insurance Consultant, Jaide, was very helpful, took time to explain the differences in and advantages of the policy she was suggesting we switched to and managed to save us several hundred pounds.

They listened, acknowledged my need to sort out car insurance before I left the country for 7 weeks, Gave me a preliminary indication of cost before the one month before rule, and when I finally received the existing insurance quote confirmed their proposal and on my confirmation initiated the paperwork enabling me to depart the next day knowing that my other named driver could drive it in my absence. Customer serice was their priority.
