For me, it is the personal service which I value the most. I appreciate that computers are of great value, but face to face contact and exchange of questions and answers is the best tool for me. A computer will never be better than talking to another individual.

Very helpful agent, took onboard all my comments and queries and brought price down to under what I paid last year with different company. A much nicer experience placing this business than ever before. It remains to be seen how the company deals with claims and possible changes and additions to the policy. eg adding visiting family member to policy for a few days, claiming for windscreen damage etc

Firstly Howdens did a follow up from a year earlier when I had moved to another provider. In fact I had already decided to discuss my coming car insurance with them as I valued the face to face contact they offer.
When going into their Bath office I had a comprehensive and helpful discussion which in due course resulted in my renewal through Howdens for this coming year.

We were asking for guidance for insurance on a block of flats. Six separate people had to provide personal information for the insurance, and each had to agree the terms of the policy and the quotation provided. This was handled with professionalism and patience by Sean Devlin of Howden Insurance.
