I looked at prices on all sites...and looked again and it had gone up....then I got a message after I had paid for the original price.tgat was around $35 cheaper...so not happy...

I’ve had a few conversations with various insurance companies, however the customer care service offered by Pieter at Howdens was 2nd to none, expertly conveyed in layman’s terms, received a good outcome/price , after speaking with this gentleman over email several times, was enough to sway me in the right direction, thank you for your care and attention to detail.

Good experience. I have two insurances from Howden: Household plus car. Car was very reasonable due to existing insurance policy with Howden.
Only issue I find annoying, if you phone the number, they don't pick up if busy (which his fine). You expect them to phone back later but there internal process should notify you have phoned. Several times, this has failed. Otherwise, people are professional.
