I was rather anxious about finding suitable car insurance but Charlie was very helpful and patient with me especially as I do not hear very well. It was good to know that the office is local and that I have the option of going in for a face to face appointment.

I was lucky enough to be assigned Grace Cuhls from the Shrewsbury branch of Howdens, while I was sorting out my father in laws subsidence problems. Obviously claims like these can take there time to be solved and in FIL’s case about a year and a half .
It can be very frustrating trying to sort things out on your own for a loved one, but once I spoke to Grace I knew I was in good hands .
She helped me all the way through and I would definitely say her customer service went above and beyond in my experience. I really couldn’t have managed on my own what with looking after FIL who has Alzheimer’s. Grace really helped to take the pressure off me in doing all the ringing around etc to get everything sorted for me . Things probably were very frustrating for Grace at times when there were problems, but she never once made me feel like I was a nuisance . She was always readily available if I had a query and her knowledge was impressive .
Grace gave 100% in her job and I would most definitely recommend Howdens .

When l arrived, l was directed to a new Business Consultant, who went out of his way to clarify the right car Insurance for me. The procedure was further complicated due to the Registration plate changing on my new vehicle. l would recommend HOWDEN

since the premiums are so expensive there is little that howdens or any other insurers can offer the customer in terms of value for money however thank you for your service
