The staff at Howdens have been brilliant in sorting out not only our home insurance but also amending this for business purposes mid term. I also took out a travel insurance policy as this was better value than online searches and the cover was better for someone with a pre-existing condition.

My new policy details were emailed to me well in advance. I made changes and received a reply straight away. The policy terms were excellent . I had a follow up call from Catherine Smith who has been helping me with all my insurance needs for many years. She is very professional with a personal touch .
