I have been with this company for many years. They have always been highly professional, competitive and, most importantly, v. helpful in alleviating the stress of finding the best insurance policy as well as dealing with any necessary claim. This year, for home insurance, I've had the pleasure of dealing with Dominique Edwards-Brown. I could not fault the considerable effort undertaken to find the right policy, the time given to delineating all the small but important features of the policy, and the patient manner in which she engaged with me over several weeks. 5 Stars!

The particular property that I own comes under the title of 'none standard'being timber frame,so Howden insurance were able to offer an insurance policicy that was suitable for this particular case,which is'nt always possible with other companies.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I recently had to deal with a difficult family situation which required some help with an additional car. Josh dealt with the situation brilliantly, with empathy, compassion but at the same time very knowledgeable in finding the right policy for us. The ability to pop into your office and complete the policy with a member of staff in person, was a great deal. My previous insurer did not offer that touch and if I wanted anything they would refer me to my online account. The online account never answered my questions successfully.
