These have been great for me when getting a quote/taking out a new policy on my modified/imported car. It isn't usually easy to get quotes, as you have to speak to specialist insurers such as these.
Of the 5 or 6 I spoke to, Howden were the cheapest, and the least picky when it came to modifications and the restrictions placed on my policy. They also have half the compulsory excess when compared to other similar insurers.
Jack at the Birmingham office was particularly helpful, and very friendly/professional. It's rare that someone takes as much care as he did in finding me the right insurance đź‘Ť
Would recommend, and I'll very likely be renewing next year too based on the service provided.
