We have been A-Plan clients for a number of years and am always amazed which how much more customer service they provide than what we are use to. We recently moved home and they took care of everything for us and advised us what we were liable for during the process which we didn't know. They also arranged for all of our car insurances to be switched without hassle at the same time. Highly Recommended!!!

Great to be able to talk to someone, in this case Michael Wyse who was very helpful and pleasant whilst discussing the options to insure my classic vehicle, even when I had to end the call to unload a lorry I was called back as promised to carry on negotiations, all in all an easy and convenient transaction.

Having used A-Plan for many years, you get to know who can trust. All my insurance needs (except medical) are looked after by A-Plan, mainly Abi & Claire. I appreciated that I am only one of their regular customers and as such anonymous to them, but when ever my insurances are up for renewal, they not only tell me, but also send me the whole proposal. As they are not in a position to advise on final choice, but I am informed that the proposal they have sent is the best for me on the market at the time. We live in a world of mis-trust, but sometimes you have to trust advisors experience, if they get it wrong - they are after all human.
