After being left in the lurch with Direct Line (after many years of being insured with them) I found A-Plan Thatcham Insurance. I recently purchased a campervan and although DL said they would cover me - when it came to renewal they said they no longer insure camper vans - leaving me a week to get sorted! I tried A Plan and spoke with Kerry - she was fantastic and put me at ease straightaway. (I also didn't have to wait ages for them to answer). She was personable, knowledgeable and professional and within 20 minutes we were sorted. She sent through the policy an hour later and the instructions on how to use their online portal to upload documents etc. These were clear and concise and worked! I would highly recommend and I have no hesitation in getting my home insurance quote with them next year.

I have used the same broker for more than fifty years and the service has been highly satisfactory and consistent by virtue of the staff, irrespective of the changing ownership. The well informed staff (Alison +) are friendly and efficient, my opinion is, as they say . . .

I have been with A Plan Insurance for a few years and have always been dealt with efficiently. The team here are extremely helpful and friendly. Time is taken to go through anything if you are not sure . There is never any rush to get through phone calls or queries. I was helped by Jonathan at the Winchester office today and he worked really hard to get me a suitable cover for my home and contents insurance. Cannnot recommend these guys enough.
