I believe I got a good deal through Aplan Northampton branch. My previous insurance company’s renewal (with whom I’d been with for over 20 years plus) was ridiculously high and nothing had changed on my side so time to look elsewhere. I did ‘dot compare’ but felt I wanted to speak to a real person which I got with Shelley. The quote compared favourably with comparison sites and I was happy with my new insurer.

You didnt get me cheaper insurance this year, even though each year my no claims increases and i have another year "incident free" behind the wheel, also to rub salt in the wound i watched a friend a few weeks later get a £200 reduction on his insurance so not a terrible service but over the last 24months i'd describe it as standard at best hence 3 stars
