Proactive in terms of matching timing to due date of insurance and willing to match competitors. On top of that, after being told we were changing our car in late January, we’re happy to waive any admin fee.

Year after year I explain I do not want a phone call - please email me. Not a difficult request. But, no, I get harassed with phone calls both on my landline & mobile. If I could easily get another insurance provider for my vehicle then I would !!!

Renewed my car insurance through A Plan and have to say the service from Maria Ormesher was first class.
Called me back when she said she would rather than keep me on hold, went through all my options thoroughly and was polite, informative and courteous through out.
