Of course I haven't had a problem and hope I never have one but it was very easy to get insured. Olivia was very pleasant and efficient and the phone was answered promptly. A big plus for me as I have become quite intolerant of businesses which keep one waiting for hours on the phone and have web sites which are not very straightforward C.Smith?

Sarah and George could not have been more helpful when setting up a multi-car policy for me.
It worked out much cheaper than separate policies for four cars, which I had before, and means all my vehicles are covered under one policy with the same starting date, so much more convenient.

Hands down the best insurance experience I have had for along time - forget about the useless people working for larger insurance companies they are all a waste of time and have the customer services skills of a renegade teenager. Joseph went above and beyond in helping me find my insurance quotes and I will not use anyone else for my insurance needs now - we have a local A-Plan who literally turned around and said can't do it - end of conversation - With Jospeh he said give me a couple of days and I did and I wasn't disappointed. Full marks to you Joseph and thank you once again.

A Plan keeps me updated with my renewal dates and although I do check other companies prices find them in the right ball park for myself to renew with them again. The staff are knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble if you need to go through anything your uncomfortable with.

Katy Smith was very helpful in walking me through the insurance cover provided and what to look out for. This gave me great peace of mind. Given that the quote she provided was more expensive than van insurance quote I'd had from a comparison site Katy explained the differences in cover that I would be paying for.
