Colin Gutteridge was Very helpful and knowledgeable, talked me through all steps as he suggested a new insurance provider as I had 19 years no claims. Turn out the cost was only £8 more than last year.

Great company, they deal with you personally to find best deals available, my previous insurance company for car insurance came up with a silly re new price proving no customer loyalty at all, A-plan were able to beat the quote for two cars by a lot like more than 50% my current insurance I had been with then adjusted their renewal quote but still no where near A-plan they were just ripping off 30 year loyal customer for over £1000.00 A-plan saved me more than that great company you can phone and talk to someone that will help talk and sort out best solution not just sell what a computer tells them, in all first class service

Just got my car insured today -- so easy and quick -- and a great price too. No messing around online, filling endless forms in! -- Dealt with Jonathan Scanlan --@ Motor Direct --01993 709081... He was so very helpful -- no pressure at all -- explained everything clearly and rang me back when he said he would too.
