What a change to speak to a real person with great knowledge instead of the usual old "YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US"now wait 45 minutes till somebody can be bothered to pick up a phone.

Having three vehicles insured with A plan I decided to get a quote on my property insurance. As usual the lady who I was dealing with was very polite and efficient, nothing to much trouble. After a few minutes I went ahead with the quote, saving £25 on my previous insurance. Very helpful company.
