Policy renewal in Jan 2023 having been satisfied it’s their service for the past 5 years. My catalytic converter was stolen from my 20 year old car . A Plan were very sympathetic and assisted in chasing the actual underwriter who was Markerstudy Insurance who were not sympathetic and very poor customer service. I was chasing Markerstudy to no avail but A Plan assisted me and also chased them to gain a result in my favour but a stolen catalytic converter is still classed as a customer fault and claim which is ridiculous but no insurance company will change there views, very poor but full marks to A Plan

I have just renewed my motor insurance, having been with A-plan for many years every interaction has always been very positive. Dealing with Mark Turnbull, Lovely guy, I had to make him work for my renewal this year as the premium had gone up on last year, but I was satisfied in the end and happy to stay with a great company.

Shuber Muhith in the Tooting office dealt with our commercial vehicle insurance renewal and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful as well as being very friendly to deal with. We have used A-Plan for several years now and their quotes are always cheaper than others for our commercial vehicle insurance whilst also being very thorough to ensure our insurance needs are fully met.
