I have been dealing with A-Plan Insurance in Guildford for several years, on behalf of relatives.
I have spoken to various members of staff when dealing with several different policies over the years and have always found them to be clear to understand, polite and very pleasant to deal with.
They have always followed up with actions discussed and returned my phone calls.
