Amina, the consultant, filled me with confidence that I was getting the very best insurance for my vehicle. I was offered breakdown cover, motor legal protection and excess protection - the latter two, of which, most insurance companies (in my experience) don't mention. Based on my experience with A-Plan, I would thoroughly recommend it to all owners of converted VW vans.

I have just come off the phone with Charmaine who was simply outstanding!! She was very courteous and sympathetic as my mother is hard of hearing and she took the initiative to contact me as her LPA. I needed to renew my car insurance whilst abroad which was a little complicated, but Henry Fraser went out of his way to make it easy for me. Same with adding an extra driver later on. He was helpful and professional, communicating clearly and answering my questions promptly.

When renewal date looms I get a barrage of phone calls to remind me, once or twice would suffice.
Then it's the rigmarole of getting the price in the same range of comparison sites. I have to relay all of the information again! I appreciate that staff have to explain everything that the insurance provides, but it does go on a bit.
The staff are helpful but if the stopped wittering on the whole experience would be quick and easy. They are however helpful!
