The company is on the ball when renewal time comes to ensure that it doesn't pass you by. Also whoever you make first contact with when you phone either knows about you or can access very speedily the information about you and your situation. Also the obvious research beforehand or in during your phone call to ensure that one's current providers are up to speed and the most competitive in the market and if not to enact a change giving full reasons for their recommendation.
