The A-Plan staff work very hard to get the best policy at the best price. A-Plan staff are also helpful and keep in touch with updates on the new policy. When I had to make a claim, A-Plan took the lead to get my compensation and insurance pay out.

With A Plan the phone is answered straight away and you are usually put through within a minute to the correct person, (unusual in this day and age not to be kept waiting for ages whilst listening to music and being told that your call is very important!)
In the 20+ years I have been with them I have found all of the staff to be polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. A Plan are also very competitive and will do their best to compete with another quote, like for like.
But to me, the most important of all is, you never know how good a company is until you have a claim. The one time I have had dealings with them regarding a claim, the service was absolutely spot on.
I have 4 policies with them, I shop around each year and they will go out of their way to beat or equal any quotes I have received.
I have complete peace of mind having everything possible insured with them as I know if there is ever a problem I will receive instant, first class service.
