OK, so 4 stars. Would have been 5 but I had to chase up after the initial quote. I was promised a call back, which didn't happen. However, I had to make amendments to my policy, which were dealt with promptly (within 48 hours) All of the staff I spoke with were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. Also the insurance policy price was very competitive. Would highly recommend, based on my experience so far.

Required cover for a new motorhome purchase, vehicle has several additions to standard, most "name" insurers unable to consider or even understand these or to even quote against a "non-standard" requirement. A-Plan understand motorhomes and potential modifications and additions, were able to provide a competitive quote very quickly and to effect cover when I required it; excellent service from Joe and Katy, would recommend strongly!
