A-Plan's administration and service is generally sound.
To be excellent, they need to address their telephone responses.
Currently, they spend ages [several wasted minutes in each telephone call] telling their
customers the conditions under which they trade.
My opinion is that this is so that they can tell me 'we told you so' later, should I make a claim; and is a mechanism to avoid liability, rather than genuinely trying to help their customer.
It smacks of 'second-hand car salesmanship'.

To be honest, I didn’t look beyond your quote entirely due to ‘Harry’, your employee who was so helpful, friendly and attentive.
He even remembered that we had a recently poorly (now deceased) pet and showed true empathy and sympathy.
People like Harry are why people like me will be keen to keep coming back to you.
I like a local business (even though I live in North Yorkshire!).
And employees like Harry are why customers like me want to stay with you.
