I wanted help in arranging car insurance for my daughter ahead of transferring ownership of a second car that I no longer need. Kate was extremely helpful and managed to get the price down to a very acceptable amount.
I was not rushed and Kate explained everything carefully and when necessary referred to a manager to check the proposal was the best one.
I was so impressed I also decided to use A-Plan to arrange home/contents insurance as well.

We like A Plan, especially when we had an accident, they were so helpful, and guided us through the claim process. I also like the fact that they give you options when you renew your policy, a price from your current supplier and also a cheaper policy.

My initial experience was very good. The cover was explained to me in detail so I could ensure I had what I needed and a promise of assistance with changes/claims down the line encouraged me to use a broker rather than go directly to an insurance company where my experience of after sales service has been dire over the last few years.

My usual broker had quoted me a ridiculous sum to insure the new car I was picking up the following day. I was very upset, as I could not afford it. My neighbour suggested I call A Plan Insurance.
The man I spoke to was calm, kind and professional. He quoted a reasonable price and the insurance was set up without fuss - I didn't even have to wait for ages on the phone while a machine spoke at me - the call was picked up straight away. Such a relief!

The usual courteous and efficient personal approach in dealing with my renewal. My preference is dealing with staff face to face rather that with voice on a telephone. Even so I will always ring around for other quotes, just as a check and the A-Plan are used to me by now and usually come up trumps with my renewals.

It was a great customer experience with Reece helping me navigate the process really well and looking out for me as a client. He was a great mix of personal (warm and friendly) and professional (thorough and fast). I normally hate calls like this but he made it weirdly a positive experience; plus got me a great deal.
