I recently renewed our campervan insurance with A-Plan and dealt with Kerry who was extremely professional and helpful providing an excellent policy at a competitive price with a reduction of over half the current excess.
I shall certainly look to A-Plan and ask for Kerry when our next car insurances become due for renewal.

Like many people, for years I was loyal to one insurance company. However once the comparison sites started, I realised the company was showing no loyalty to me - the prices just kept going up.
It was when "shopping around" using the internet that I decided to also check out local insurance brokers. Although not really expecting them to be a match for the online offerings. How wrong I was. Hence for several years now I have used "A-Plan " in Newbury and haven't looked back. They have never failed to be friendly, patient and professional. Nothing beats being able to go into their office to discuss my insurance needs face to face, rather than hanging on the line for seemingly hours to a call centre; and the icing on the cake is that up to now APlan have been very competitive to online pricing. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and hope that they continue operating well into the future.
