I gave up trawling the Internet for cheap car insurance years ago, it took up too much time and they only ask a few questions. With A Plan they do it for you and ensure they go through all the required questions, so that in the event of a claim, you know you have the right insurance. Very good service, highly recommend.

My call was answered promptly (by a human being not a computer telling me my call was important but that I was a number in a queue!) and I was dealt with very efficiently by Lewis Ellis. Lewis was patient in asking for all the relevant information and got back to me quickly with a very competitive quotation. It was a pleasure to do business with him, and I'll certainly contact him with other insurance needs.

While I will always be grateful to A-Plan for getting me the right buildings and contents policy a few years before we had a major house fire, the ability of the office I deal with to manage the production and filing of policy documents is very poor.
This year I initiated the renewal process but two weeks after the renewal price was agreed and ten days after renewal I haven’t been
Emailed the policy docs and those on the client portal contain significant errors.
This year I moved my motor insurance to LV, who have been a delight to deal with by contrast.
I’d love to give A-Plan five stars but their administration is sorely lacking.
