This is the 3rd year I have used Aplan. I found their prices were reasonable and renewal was easy and straight forward. So far I have been fortunate that I haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on this but with the service I have already received I would certainly recommend

I have been with A Plan for several years now and remain impressed by their service. Always super helpful, especially when I’ve had to make a claim. At a stressful time like the aftermath of an accident, it’s nice to have a friendly voice to guide you through the stages of a claim and the accompanying paperwork. Would definitely recommend.

The A-Plan representative, Mr. Nicholas Collins dealt with my application in a friendly and helpful manner, which was a good start. There were some issues, mainly dealing with security, which remained unclear, but I was assured that the policy met my requirements. A written acknowledgement where the controversial aspects were confirmed as not affecting my insurance cover would have been reassuring for complete peace of mind.

Renewal takes as long as opening a new account which is the only reason I renew, because it’s supposed to be quicker. Good premium but who knows until you make a claim, then you find out how good they are.

I was very concerned when I did not receive a confirmation e-mail fairly promptly. Waited a week and then spoke to Becky at the Birmingham office,it Would appear not to have been sent. Becky was extremely helpful and I received it immediately.This vis my first time with you having been transfered from Partners in High Wycombe.
