Been with A-Plan Ruislip on & off for 30+ years and no complaint, however on this occasion I was asked for proof of NCD some weeks after Insurance started so emailed it in by reply and soon after I receive an email stating my policy had been cancelled and money refunded leaving me uninsured.
Apparently the lady that emailed me hadn't checked her inbox or she would have seen my NCD proof. In short, renewal ended up costing me more money thus leaving me out of pocket through no fault of my own.
TIP: Make sure to chase up sent mails!

As a company, we have numerous policies with A-Plan and have had for a number of years now. When we required a new contents policy, A-Plan Eastleigh is our place to go!
