I was very pleased to receive a phone call from Chantal Vince to discuss my Insurance Policy for my Transit Van and go through everything with me before deciding to renew with A Plan. Chantal was very clear on the phone and explained everything in a way so that I understood what the policy covered and that it was the right Policy for me.
