Having just relocated back to the UK after 12 years in the States we were having trouble getting insurance companies to acknowledge our existence (apparently the first 46 years of being born and bred in the UK doesn't count!!). Kirsty at A-Plan totally understood and rapidly gave us options that made sense...she even worked with us when "computer says no!!!!" as we didn't yet have a UK mobile number. When you need someone to listen to something a bit out of the ordinary and provide a solution, I would recommend A-Plan and Kirsty in particular. So much better than an algorithm!

Emma C at the Northwich branch was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she didn't rush us, taking the time to explain everything to us in layman's terms. Can't comment on what the actual insurance is like but the service for sales and information is fantastic!

Easy company to deal with along with early reminder and quote for insurane renewal. Can be a little pushy with numerous phone reminders when renewal date nears.

A-Plan contacted me by phone to discuss renewing my old insurance. I indicated I was in the process waiting for my brand new car to be delivered. Once I had received notification of when my car was ready, I immediately contacted A-Plan to change my policy to the new car. Everything was done over the phone and received my documentation electronically. All in all the process was very easy and the staff at A-Plan very pleasant and helpful throughout.

I love A plan.I love the fact that you can ring someone who you have probably spoken to before and they are very helpful. I also love the fact that when your insurance is due, they get in touch with you, giving you time to think about things, and if you wanted to,go elsewhere.(not that I have in years because they are so good and friendly.)

I was involved in an incident - I'm not sure if it was an accident or not.
I do know that I was not at fault.
I am of the opinion that it could be a deliberate attempt to defraud, particularly since the other party has now lodged a claim for injuries, when I know for certain that he was in no way harmed in the incident.
A-Plan Insurance are dealing with the matter.
