I went to the office in bury-st-edmunds to pay my home insurance policy which is 8 miles from my home.the person i spoke to informed me i could not pay it in person as i was insured at a.plan's worcester branch.hence a quite long phone call to sort it out dissipointed i could not pay in person at the bury-st eds branch.

A-Plan. Who are always competitive, without expecting me to do their leg-work Then try to match the best quote I could find elewhere.
Policy excesses should never be overlooked, in favour of a lower premium. Again A-Plan offer realistic excesses and even advise, if they think you may get better value elsewhere.
Happy to give credit, where it is due.

I was greeted in the Maidstone office in a friendly manner and was quickly passed to Nick Collins who too was friendly. He was confident he could obtain a better quote than my current insurer, which was through my normal broker. This was mid afternoon on a Friday. Nick said he would call me on Monday which he did with a brilliant quote. Lower premium and improved cover.
I like the personal approach and will certainly ask Nick to review my motor policy at renewal.
Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan.
