I was recommended A-plan by folk on a Facebook forum and they have been truly excellent. Every person I have spoken to on the phone is extremely helpful, friendly and polite. They obviously focus on the quality of customer service which is very refreshing. I wish I’d used them years ago.

I have now moved all my insurance over to Abingdon A-Plan, as they do put effort in to minimise premiums. I have rarely had to claim on insurance, but am doing so at the moment for my car and have so far found them helpful and efficient.
