I recently moved home and because I was moving to another flat in the same complex, I assumed that it would be a simple procedure. I called quite late on a Friday afternoon thinking that the call would take 10 minutes max. Fortunately Becca took my call which involved a new policy document and everything that that entails. She also pointed out that the insurers would be changing from Zurich to Aviva and put that transition in place. It definitely was not a ten minute call but Becca was professional, friendly, very competent and able to graciously sort out a fairly complex request - it certainly was not a straightforward change of address as I had thought. It was a joy to speak to someone who was happy to help - sadly it does not happen often.

A Plan staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very cooperative. They welcome questions and give full and useful responses. They research options widely and will suggest changes to policies if there are clear benefits to so doing.
If a claim is required they are fully on the side of their customers, keeping them up to date and acting in there best interests.

When you phone in you speak to somebody straightaway. No messages and pressing of buttons! Just renewed my Home Insurance with Gavin at the Basingstoke Branch. He was knowledgeable and explained the schedule to me. Also, arranged for another copy of my Car Insurance Certificate to be emailed to me, which I'd mislaid. So I didn't need to contact the relevant department. Excellent service!
