A Plan are always very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They answer the phone almost immediately (a huge bonus compared to so many other companies). I had an accident in my car and they were very supportive. The insurance company took a while to assess the car and A Plan followed them up several times, saving me waiting on the phone for ages. I have placed all my insurance business - car, motorbike and household - with A Plan.
