I am new to A-plan insurance and couldn’t have had a better experience. Lloyd was by far the best customer service operator I have ever dealt with. He was friendly, helpful and straight to the point. Really happy with my service and I’ll be recommending.

Despite it taking two days to insure my vehicle I do feel that the agent did their best to dot the ‘i’ and cross the T’s to ensure I got the best insurance. I think the clerk to the agent was maybe a new starter so was checking most things he did, in order to get things right, which I appreciated.

Just renewed my Van insurance with A - Plan for another year . I’ve been with A-Plan for several years now, for insurance on my modified car. This is not usually good practise when it comes to insurance, however, they’ve managed to keep my premiums the same. I find their customer service consistently excellent, with friendly, articulate and intelligent operatives, they also cover all of my insurance needs and provide reasonably priced extras such as legal and breakdown covers.
The online portal for accessing my account and paperwork is easy to use and at an unfortunate time when my car was vandalised, KGM, covering my vehicle via A-Plan covered all costs of a swift repair and miraculously my premiums remained the same upon renewal.
I couldn’t ask for more from an insurance broker. I’m a big fan of A-Plan!
