I have used A-Plan Insurance for a number of years now for my cars insurance. My husband is also considering changing to A-Plan for our home insurances when they come up for renewal shortly. We have both been impressed with how professional, personal and affordable the policies we have been offered have been. The staff are always approachable, knowledgeable, understanding and friendly while remaining professional and doing the best to find a suitable policy. Of particular note are Ethan and Wesley from the Chelmsford branch. In the last 6 months I have been looked after by both of them. I have to say that it's been a pleasure to speak with them both. Even when they have phoned me to see if I'm ready to look into other types of insurance policies with them. They both know what is needed and they both don't push or force any decisions that I make. They always try to provide the most competitive rates available and to date I have not been dissatisfied in anyway

Firstly I get notified in plenty of time before my renewal date of my motor insurance is due. When I do ring I'm pleased with the polite helpful agents I deal with.
