Abingdon A-plan. I had an impounded car, due to e expired insurance, came to ask for insurance and they have been very helpful, despite one of them didn’t help me at all. Layla and the manager found out the way to give me the insurance, despite several “NO” from different brokers. Thanks a lot, excellent job Layla!!!

Adam at The Taunton Branch was fantastic today I called at 8:30 and he immediately answered the phone and helped me with my buildings and contents insurance. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and clearly working on my agenda. I looked at quotes online but wanted an advised Sevice, I spoke to another provider over the phone last night but there was a clear professional and knowledge difference between Adam and the other company I work in financial services so I am experienced in this field ,the customer service I received today was 10 out of 10! Thanks Adam!

Its a pleasure to be back on the high street, talking to real people who offer sound advice in a personable manner. This is brilliant when you don’t fit into internet boxes and absolutely hate forms. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they found an extremely competitive price for me. Katie was wonderful, patient, helpful and generous with her time.
Ok no one likes parting with money but if you’ve got to (which you have) it felt kinda great supporting a local firm in Evesham. And I know that I’m just a phone call away from further great support if needed OR I can go and SEE them. Personally I value that very much. Thank you A Plan.
