Clean tidy spacious place. On average only go once a year, but staff have always been friendly,polite and patient also well dressed pride in their appearance. On one occasion informed the office of another vehical had reversed into my car. gave them all the details and left the rest up to them.The outcome was good. quick no fuss. I always reccomend A Plan.

My commercial van insurance is due for renewal and I was anticipating the annual rigmarole of comparison websites and trying to gauge whether the policy offered genuinely meets my requirements, providing the cover required. However, this time I was ably-assisted by Laura Hall in the Leamington branch of A Plan Insurance, who worked hard to find the right policy at a competitive price, answered my queries knowledgeably and patiently, and demonstrated a high degree of customer service. Highly recommended.

Nothing is too much trouble, you are given the full information before making any choices, a really professional service where the customer is put first. Cannot speak highly enough of the brilliant service they provide, I have been a long standing customer, and wouldn't go anywhere else. OK so you can go on line and try the DIY approach, but nothing beats speaking too someone who really knows and gets you the best all round value for your money.
