Needed a quote for car insurance after my renewal came through nearly 200 pounds more expensive then previous year. Spoke with Billy who was very friendly, professional and most of all very helpful. From start to finish the whole experience was brilliant. No Force selling extra’s he explained what was available and if I said no to anything he just moved onto the next point. At the end I finished by taking out a policy and saved 140 pounds against my renewal. Straight after the call I rang my sister in law who was also sorting car insurance out to ring these straight away. Would highly recommend.

Hi i have been using A-Plan for about six years I didn't understand why many people spend time looking on the internet for hours for cheap insurance when you got a company like A-Plan .

I like the staff at A Plan but like with the majority of brokers and insurers management set the policy so you have to compare the market and then enforce the “ match that quote’ facility, thus avoiding unnecessary paperwork. As a retired Marketing Director I understand but abhor Inertia marketing, especially when it is usually the older, less computer savvy population who don’t or can’t search the market who suffer from this approach. Retention is key and rewarding loyalty used to be an essential part of that equation but alas no longer. Rewarding loyalty breeds ambassadors who became part of your sales force. Retention from inertia doesn’t build a long term business. Here endith the reading
