Just spoke to a lovely lady called Abida as I had bought a car this week and insured it then had to give the car back as it was faulty so got my original car back. As a result I had to cancel the new car insurance and re-instate the insurance on the car that I had for 8+ years. Abida was very informative, helpful, friendly and professional. This is why I love A Plan all their staff are great, customer service is second to none.

Noah sorted everything out and explained the policy very well.

I hate renewing my car insurance. I wish each time I had to my current insurer would give me a competitive quote. They don’t. I go on the internet and see what the current offerings are and then I wait for the renewal to come through. I don’t go for the cheapest and I like names I know. Only once have I had a quote I haven’t quibbled with - from my existing insurer. A-Plan send their quote and we have a conversation and usually it gets reduced. I
Just wish I didn’t have to go through this rigmarole every year (it is the same for house insurance). Why do I use them? I prefer dealing with human beings rather than websites. If anything goes wrong I know where to go and I know I’ll be talking to familiar faces.

Both Jon & John have been great in dealing with my EV insurance renewal. The insurance offered was not only from an established insurer , but at a very competitive price too. Definitely worth given them a call for all your insurance needs.
