It was time for my renewal and Greg was helping me and was trying to beat the offers i have recieved through compare the market. He was unfortunately unable to beat them but was help, patient and professional all the way through the process. Because of his professionalism, I will 100% be checking in with him again next year when my renewal is due to see if the rates are more competitive.

Witney office staff very helpful. Renewal premium, as quoted was crazy, up over £200 from last year, but some time spent in the office with Charis Sadler found a better deal for almost the same figure as previously.

On the other hand insurance companies have much scope for improving their service. ie. Remembering all ones previous declarations.
Finally, their name change is disappointing. Aplan was a good name!
