Spoke to Dale Shirt at the Newton Abbot office. Was fed up of using online quotes spending hours.
Dale was amazing. Asked me what I wanted. Went away and emailed me a quote. I called back. He went through everything. Got me the best prices by changing the access to suit my needs. He even referred me to the Exeter branch for other insurances which are helpful for my new business. Thanks Dale. An asset to the team. Thanks A-Plan you have a customer for life. Callam Dowd. I had a stressful time trying to get home insurance sorted as I left it to the last minute, my first time using A plan,I got Matt from the Basingstoke branch on the phone , he couldent have done enough for me and sorted out a tricky situation that needed a follow up with my insurer , he made a few phone calls and got me covered. will definitely give them a call at renewal time

Had just terrific customer service today from Reese Robinson at A-Plan in Tooting who found a reasonably priced insurance policy for our new electric car - and managed to sort out some complex issues with a no claims bonus to ensure our old and new car got great coverage at no additional cost. Definitely recommend!
