Had to find new insurer as previous one was not longer offering buildings insurance, they recommended A plan and really glad I followed it up. Found me a really good deal, saved money and increased cover. Phone call to company was answered quickly to an office based in this country which I prefer, person I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Very pleased with outcome and have no hesitation in using them again.

I've been insuring my car with Aplan in Basingstoke for over 30 years. I always deal with Carl and he's an absolute asset to the company. No matter what price comparisons I find online, he does his best to try to keep my business. Insurance reminder ,had a letter through my door which i was pleased about ,reminding me its about to expire and gave me option to renew what was sent in the letter on amount and payments to review ,i did and was very pleased that i had the option to see and read what my next insurance would be and cost before phoneing to confirm
