They did what an insurance broker is supposed to do. They answered the phone promptly and politely, they listened to my needs and numbers, then offered me the home insurance cover I was seeking at a price I was content to pay.
I can I only hope that they will be equally as reactive and helpful as intermediaries if I should have any needs to make a claim.

I am satisfied with the service from Aplan. The renewal was prompt and fuss free and the direct debit was arranged without any trouble. I asked Aplan to confirm that my insurance includes breakdown cover as the acknowledgement asked if I had considered it. I understand that this may be a standard response notice, but they haven't done so.
