Warm and friendly environment. I had to ask for a copy of my contract after 3 weeks waiting and found out it was wrong. They quickly changed my car insurance and apologised for the mistake, but they were really good and I would go back to them.

The easiness of my interaction. So easy, I was a bit afraid to do it straight away so I went home to review it, think about it, then decide. But the more I thought about it and reviewed it, the more clearer it became. I went back a couple of times before deciding to go ahead and your agent was pleasant, relaxed, not pushy, always said it was ok, to take my time and answering every question without making me feel uncomfortable about it. By the time I decided, I was thoroughly informed so I was happy to go ahead.

This year we tried A-Plan for some business insurance and Liz was exceptionally helpful, efficient, personable and managed to get us a good price too :)
I'm guessing no-one enjoys shopping around for insurance and everyone I've ever spoken to at A-Plan has always been so nice which definitely makes it more bearable.
