A-Plan brightened an otherwise depressing search for a reasonable car insurance cover. So firstly, I now value the knowledge of having a landline to a local office in town.
Huge thanks to Helen in the Newbury office who dealt with said slightly worn out chap ( Monday pm 6th March) and through impressive listening skills found me a well known insurer at a fair price. Pretty sure I'll be back to get my home insurance later in the year, Helen you were a breath of fresh air if not pure oxygen. Thank you. David R.
