I don't want to talk to a chat box I want to talk to a face, I want too to see my policy on paper.
I was in Taunton shopping when I found A-Plan a shop with nice people that talk insurance,face to face. It was easy and calm and good old fashion. There are one hundred and ten A-Plan shops up and down, if you don't have a computer and you want a paper policy to take home and read, then go to A-Plan.
