I am very happy the way APlan Insurance contact me well in advance of my insurance renewal date but find very annoying that they, like most renewal Companies say you are a loyal customer etc etc and they want keep your business and say the quote is the cheapest they can find with the same level of cover etc etc but when you say it is too expensive
they match the alternative you have found or find something to match it. Could they not try a litlle harder before they contact you, to find the cheapest quote
and save you having to do it.

They helped me out for the second time. The insurance quotes from other companies were ridiculous, Winchester branch (Jamie again) went through everything with me. He explained details and knew his stuff, he spent a lot of time on my insurance and I'm very grateful for that. If you have problems with your car insurance etc just call them, I'm sure they will do the best for YOU.
