In these times of using internet based companies which are cheaper, I feel that the helpfulness of having a good broker far outweighs any price difference. All staff at the Witney office are equally kind yet professional & very knowledgeable.

Not a lot to say. I get an e-mail, and paperwork by post for car and buildings insurance. If I am happy, I phone The Bath Office, and pay the full amount by bank card, and that's it till next time.

I have revised my motor insurance today with Marie Beardsley, the manager of the High Wycombe branch. It was a slightly complicated update, but Marie was exceptionally helpful in explaining things carefully and helping to secure the most competitive price possible. I am likely to use A Plan for other products now as a result. Myself and partner are insured with Aplan. My van insurance and my mrs car insurance are well priced and also you get to talk to the company not a computer. All members of staff are very polite and professional and i have been with them for many years. Ps i also have my public liability insurance with Aplan. Thanks guys from Justin.
