I deal with the Witney Branch, I now have 2 vehicles and home insurance with them. Yes I could, and have used various online insurance comparison web sites with quotes from cheap to the ridiculous. But when dealing with insurance its always best to have a direct conversation. I have always found whoever I have spoken with to be up front helpful and offering the best to meet my requirements. As yet I have never needed to make a claim but I feel pretty confident it would be dealt with in the correct manner.

Great service. Best prices by far. I saved £300 on house insurance. Now have my cars with them too. Always friendly and professional at the end of a phone line to answer any queries. They do all the internet searches. I only have to say yes!

Excellent service today from Aimee Weaver at A-Plan insurance. A totally positive experience from start to finish, which culminated in a very satisfactory outcome. We have two motor policies and house insurance brokered by A-Plan, mainly because of their professionalism.

Used a plan for years always been happy with them,however, this time we have renewed with them again half way through a policy due to a vehicle change, we have changed ins supplier so were due a refund from the original provider, rather than refunding the money a plan have taken the refund amount and I'm struggling to get it back. They also used my private account to take the outstanding payment instead of the business account details I have them, so not too happy this time which is a shame as I've said not really had a problem before with them.

I’ve been with A-plan for years and continue to use the St Albans branch despite moving away 7 years ago. Every year I get a great deal, but also the help I get when I’ve had to resolve an issue with an insurance company has been worth its weight in gold. Today I was helped by Lori M and she was a pleasure to deal with, helpful, friendly and knowledgable. I will continue to go to this branch of A-plan for all of my insurance.
