As ever the staff are cheerful and extremely helpful. They are so easy to talk too and explain everything clearly and it’s nice that if you say no to a particular extra available they don’t get upset or pushy.
Best of all the price for my insurance (and excess amounts) has always been cheaper with them than price comparison sites.
It’s so useful knowing that they are local too. That is a massive advantage over the internet sales companies.

Rea was great from start to finish I have got some vichcles insured with a rival company the were alot more expensive than A Plan insurance I moved one car and my motorbike over today 😀 and 9 move in the next few months

I have car, home insurance and breakdown cover purchased through A-Plan Insurance.
Unfortunately for me I've had to claim on both car and home insurance in the past two years and needed breakdown assistance.
I believe the only way to know if the insurance is worthwhile is when I've needed to claim.
I've had previous experience with other insurance companies (home and travel) making a claim and it was so stressful, far too many phone calls, document sending and throwing a few somersaults. I don't bother shopping around now for the cheapest deal.

Amina, the consultant, filled me with confidence that I was getting the very best insurance for my vehicle. I was offered breakdown cover, motor legal protection and excess protection - the latter two, of which, most insurance companies (in my experience) don't mention. Based on my experience with A-Plan, I would thoroughly recommend it to all owners of converted VW vans.
