Staff and insurance adviser at Newton Abbot were polite and efficient from the very first phone call. The adviser listened to what I needed from the policy, and didn't try hard sell techniques to get me to take policy options. Louise sounded as though she was really pleased to have found the policy for us, and appears to enjoy what she does, which is great !!

Having been with A-Plan insurance for 5 years, for both our cars and our Campervan, this year is no different. They are always the cheapest I can find, but whilst cost is important, I always find their service the best also. They are always very helpful, very friendly and their communications are excellent. They never send through a higher price on renewal, which you then have to contact them to negotiate down, the renewal price is already the lowest possible and, as stated above, always the lowest I can find. I highly recommend A-Plan (I always deal with the Thatcham office) to anyone looking for the best deal and the best service.
