All 3 of our vehicles are insured through A-Plan. A couple of times I’ve dealt with Abida, she is really friendly, helpful, informative and nothing is too much trouble. 5 star service from her. The prices with A-Plan are always competitive.

A-Plan were recommended to me by my solicitor during my last house move, which I took as a good sign, and I have used them with satisfaction for home and car insurance ever since. On this occasion, I valued, as always, being contacted by A-Plan staff before the renewal date. They are consistently friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about policy issues, and I much prefer taking their professional advice to the alternative of hunting on the Internet myself and taking the risk that I have not made a good choice or that I have missed important issues. A-Plan take the worry out of choosing the right insurance by always working towards providing reliable insurers at a fair price. They always talk through the details and are able to provide answers to any queries. I am very pleased with the service which I have received from them on this occasion and previously.
