I spoke to a very helpful chap called Will (William Reid) about my house building and contents insurance and he actually took the trouble to find me a cheaper option with another Company. Very impressed with his speed and accuracy. All the team at A-Plan are very professional and I continue to recommend them always.

Renewal Quote came through , somewhat more expensive than previous years. Went online to get more quotes as most insurance company's try it on for returning customers , Got a quote from the same company that A Plan were recommending , some £100 cheaper. Back to A plan to ask if they would match it , They did various tweaks to their quote and came back around £15 more expensive than the best online quote , so as i prefer to speak to a human with a presence on the high street , i went with A Plan . Id recommend them, but do your homework with some other quotes before committing.

I maybe should have shopped round a bit this time. My first quote made me feel like I was 18 the other was better. Not what I had expected. I have been with them for a good while along with other family members. My house insurance is with them let’s hope that comes up better. I was a little disappointed.
