It is refreshing to be able to talk to real people about ones own requirements and not having to click down a menu which invariably does not have your exact profession or industry that you work in, and then get frustrated when you have to start the process all over again. The gentleman who dealt with my requirements went out of his way to help and it was a far better experience than the usual online way of insuring.

Clean tidy spacious place. On average only go once a year, but staff have always been friendly,polite and patient also well dressed pride in their appearance. On one occasion informed the office of another vehical had reversed into my car. gave them all the details and left the rest up to them.The outcome was good. quick no fuss. I always reccomend A Plan.

My commercial van insurance is due for renewal and I was anticipating the annual rigmarole of comparison websites and trying to gauge whether the policy offered genuinely meets my requirements, providing the cover required. Nothing is too much trouble, you are given the full information before making any choices, a really professional service where the customer is put first. Cannot speak highly enough of the brilliant service they provide, I have been a long standing customer, and wouldn't go anywhere else. OK so you can go on line and try the DIY approach, but nothing beats speaking too someone who really knows and gets you the best all round value for your money.
