A-Plan staff are always polite and remind me well in advance that I have an insurance due. This gives me time to organise my finances. I am prepared to pay the extra broker fee for the convenience of having someone who knows the market sort out all my insurances for me and get me the best price. I recommended A-Plan to my daughter and she is equally pleased with their service.

Gentleman who I dealt with spoke incredibly quickly to the point numerous times I had to ask him to slow down, and repeat the info. Very much scripted. Lots of jargon used, and again had to ask him to explain the information.
Expensive, and not the cheapest quote on the market however proceeded, but wouldn’t given my experience recommend them.
