Very informative representative who listened to my requirements and explained the various options clearly. As my enquiry was a little early she said she would contact me nearer the time of my renewal which she did. Very good experience except of course the increasing cost of car insurance which I appreciate is out of her an my control.I do not wish my name to be included.

I’d had my insurance with A-plan for years and made the mistake of changing to an online insurer last year to save a few pounds. Mistake as I needed to make a claim first time in 35 years and service was awful. Glad I’m back with the human touch Emma Stanton in Solihull was amazing, friendly and more importantly human 😂

After the telephone call to enquire about the caravan insurance,the price quoted was way above anybody else, on saying this you then dropped the price to match most of the other quotes that i had which was okay for me to proceed . My question is why not give a proper quote in the first place rather than having to haggle over the over inflated price at the start, otherwise it would have been a five star rating

There was some choice. I would have preferred to have the option of how much the cost was without voluntary amount as only it has happened with this company. previously only paid the compulsory amount.

I like being able to talk to someone rather than working in isolation online and relying on automated web chat to answer questions. What immediately interested me was the fact you are dealing with a local branch and not directly with the insurer which makes the whole process hassle-free.
My opinion is if you want competitive house insurance and a stressless claim process then A-Plan is for you.
