It was so good to be able to talk to people, visit them in an office and discuss details of policy. they were able to explain and answer questions. Minor amendments were made very quickly and they worked hard to get me best value for money and explain the policy costs. I am fed up with using computers, doing all the work myself then not being able to speak to a human being. A-Plan were a breath of fresh air in a computerised world.

Louise Fisher took ownership of some documentation cockups by others and within 30mins had a) sorted all my policies to the correct names and b) found a different policy saving me £150 c) fronted up the previous service by another branch had fallen short.

In fact their quote was 40% cheaper than my previous broker of 7 years (with the same provisions and T&C's). I was also happy with the extra they knocked off as a discount upon my request.
