We have been dealing with A- Plan for 11 years. Each year time is spent with a consultant checking our needs and most importantly making sure facts are noted on our file. EG close to water. Bethany goes out of her way to be of of assistance to us when we renewed our policy recently. We have recommended the company to numerous friends over the years.

The person who I discussed my insurance was particularly helpful, kind and reassuring. Also a real plus was I did not have to wait very long to go through a rigmarole of lots of options before speaking to a person. The whole process was simple and easy. Up to now i have spoken with Adam who i met on a promotional stand at a VW event and he was very polite and explained th details of my cover very well. As for making a claim or renewal i cannot comment as it is a new insurance with your company.

Phoned up to get temporary insurance offered by the seller of my new van.
George Kuyuate-Brown from the tooting branch handled my insurance in a very professional manner.
This call was around 4.30 in the afternoon and was after 5 by the time all details were entered and put in place. The phone line cut out and when i tried to ring back the phone line said the offices were now closed. Assumed i wouldn't get a phone call back until the following day but to my surprise George rang me back at 5.15 (after it was all in place) to confirm everything was set up and ready to go for the following Monday.
Big thank you to George for this as I'm sure some people would have just gone home at 5 and left it for me to ring back the following day.

Andy Read from the Taunton Branch was very helpful and answered the phone on the many queries I had to phone him about. Also his colleagues helped me too. I would recommend A-Plan Insurance as they do everything for you such as sorting the direct debit out on your insurance, organising the insurer, etc, etc. Yes a very good job all round.
