I needed to insure my new car, which I was collecting on Monday 22 May 2023. I spoke to Mr Ben Steel on Saturday 20 May 2023 and he very kindly organised everything. I then realised that it was past the office hours but he stayed on the line to conclude the arrangements. I have been with A-Plan Insurance for many years and always received a very good service.

We recently had a slow water leak in our home. It became a rather involved job to locate the leak which was in a pipe buried within concrete floor. Charmaine at A-Plan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process. She and A-Plan made a very stressful situation as least stressful as possible and we are extremely grateful for her guidance and help. She handled the insurance claim process seamlessly and effortlessly from our perspective. The leak is now fixed and we are at ease. I can't praise Charmaine highly enough.
