Excellent service from A-plan Welwyn Garden City.
I spoke with Maria Ormesher today from the Welwyn Garden City branch. I had actually spoken with her previously when I was getting my quote a few days ago.
Today, I went ahead and purchased my home insurance from Maria.
She was very good at going through everything and did not try to just sell every product possible but to sell me a policy that I wanted and could afford.
I would highly recommend A-plan and Maria to anyone.
Especially given the cost of living they definitely helped in keeping costs down whilst providing an excellent insurance policy for my home.

I have used APLAN for a number of years. They are very easy to contact, they return your calls and follow up enquiries promptly. They gather information accurately. Take detailed information in order to get you the best and most appropriate cover, which means you don’t fall into the trap of your insurance going up each year, if fact my car insurance and house insurance went down this year.

I had to change my car at about the same time my renewal was due. Continuing the policy with the new vehicle was made easy, thank you.
I had hoped/expected that the new vehicle would result in a lower premium, but that did not happen. I continued the policy for one more year for the sake of convenience - I'd had a stressful week.

I found the staff in my Witney branch to be helpful, polite and efficient. Being of a certain age myself, and not great on the phone anymore or with technology, having a friendly face in my A plan office is very reassuring

I was instantly made to feel at ease by the friendly and professional conversation I had with a lady called Amina Akhtar from the Shirley branch. I wouldn’t normally ask any company representative for there name, but I was so impressed with just how easy she talked and guided me through the whole process and arrange insurance cover for my new vehicle. At my age to find someone so helpful is an absolute blessing.
