I have been using A plan for my car insurance for over 30 years . Even moving away from St Albans to Southampton I have stayed with the St Albans office as they are always so helpful and pleasant to talk to.

The on-line way of doing insurance has its limits. There's no replacement for working things out with a person. Noah Yemane was an excellent helper and gudied me through the process step by step. Such a difference to actually sort things out with a real person who can solve all your questions for you. Well done Noah and thank you. It encourages me to use A-Plan again.

I have renewed with A plan because I appreciate the backing I receive if and when a claim is made and the assurance that I have a full and comprehensive cover of my vehicle. I do, however, get a little frustrated that when I am sent a renewal quote it is not, even though I’ve been a long and loyal customer, the lowest price they can offer. I always have to haggle and threaten to take my business away before they revise the quote.
