I was tryng to renew my vehicle insurance after Zurich suddenly decided to discontinue motor insurance for everyone ...) and I was looked after by Maria from the Welwyn Branch.
She could not have been more helpful or organised; I was overseas so this was made more difficult but she was thoroughly professional throughout . She deserves 6 stars out of 5. Excellent

A difficult renewal this year. Prices have gone up very considerably. A Plan have come up with the best price, albeit still high, perhaps I should have scored it 5 but still smarting from the steep increase.
