So this was a hard one for Jimmy. Already a satisfied customer the ask was for a special car at a special value and somewhat inexperienced driver, well outside the run of the mill and dealing with 3rd parties at the same time. Renewal fee to high. I requested a certificate of insurance which hasn't arrived yet.Have had call from A plan and matter has been resolved.Paper certificate on way and fee reduced. 5 star service !

Rang Patryk in Tooting branch after getting ridiculous quotes on a Land Rover on the usual comparison sights he worked extremely hard to find me a better deal and achieved this. Although in current climate I’m paying more than I wanted to Patryk did what he said he would. Nice to speak to a local human and not a robot.

I've used A-Plan (now Howden) for my car insurance for a number of years and they are one of the few companies that appreciate and reward loyalty. They do their best to offer me a competitive quote every year. The price might go up (sometimes gone down) but it's always relative to any quote I might get elsewhere. I appreciate the personalized service they offer

When i phoned A plan they handled my claim as well as they could but the other company who acted inbetween were very slow to do the work. I wonder if cover for gas electric etc. is a good thing when it took 4 nonths to sort out! it was only after a written complaint that A plan took very seriously that the matter was resolved in a fast efficient manor

Helped me with a variety of options so that I could choose the best one for me. Always feel that I’m getting a personal service and if I ever needed them, they just answer the phone, no call centres menus submenus etc. They deal with it all. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
