Phoned evesham branch to arrange car insurance for 17 year old new driver. There were problems with an earlier motor bike insurance which left us struggling to get help. Rob Mulholland was amazing..gave us loads of useful advice and after numerous calls managed to get my lad on the road..cant thank him enough. Will definatly use his services again

A-Plan provide helpful people on the phone and prices seem reasonable. However, their 'onine policy vault' is chaotic! I have two policies with them and I looked just now to see 33 documents (for the two policies) for the year 2023, completely unstructured between my policies, all jumbled up with documents from previous years making a complete nightmare to find anything! Get them to send documents through the post.

Was great to realise that we have insurance brokers back on the high street. Since the last one I went to closed I was forced to go either online or telephone a call centre. I find both of these stressful compared with talking to someone face to face.

We recently experienced a very unfortunate mix up regarding the renewal of our house insurance policy that we had had in place with A Plan for the past four years.
The details are too boring to go into but the important factor is that A Plan’s service recovery sprang into action to spare the day. Operating out of normal office hours they insured the job got done.

With the massive increases in car insurance I was pleased with the result which I was able to renew my car insurance with A-Plan (Howden). I’m a returning customer and have always been able to negotiate a good renewal. However I did some searching myself on other sites and insurers, however A-Plan also did so and found a different recommended insurer. Pleased with A-Plans time to search the best alternatives on your behalf to renew you insurance. Nice staff to sit with (Eastleigh Branch) and discuss renewing your insurance policies.
